Real Estate Photography services. Wide Angle Camera images, Over Head Drone Photography and Video
Scope of Work.
What you will get is high resolution photos, delivered digitally. I try to get edited photos back in your hands in less than 48 hours after I finish taking them. You will get multiple angles on each common room and a min of one good photo for bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry rooms etc…. Exterior shots you will get front of the home from at least 3 angles if possible. Back yards from house to yard and from back of property to back of house. If there are value add items like decks, pools and hot tubs those will get their own photos.
If there are special areas of interest you want extra, or closer shots of, they can be arranged for ahead of the appointment to shoot the property.
Build it.
My expansion into real estate photography is still new and my plan is to expand the services as the segment grows. The examples here are recent photos that where used for online listings so you can have a feel of what you can get for your investment.
Current Pricing
For homes up to 2000 Sq Ft in Jackson or Williamson Counties, I charge $150. Up to 2700 Sq Ft will be a $175, 3400 Sq Ft and up $200. These are flat rates.
Aerial Drone shots $100 Flat rate.
Both Camera and Drone shots will receive -$25 discount.
For areas outside these Counties please call to get pricing.
