I am the son of depression era parents, I grew up on a small family farm in Southern Illinois. After a 24 year career in the US Army I first just went to work. But now I have found something that is more than just a job. Photography has become a love, a therapy to deal with my wartime experiences and a way to create and express myself. I live for the reaction of people to a really good photo.
